Description:
Spheros Environmental is looking for a Scientist/Engineer III-V to provide advanced technical expertise in fisheries telemetry and aquatic monitoring technologies while leading complex studies, field programs, and technical analyses. This role oversees study design, equipment deployment, data quality, and reporting while guiding scientists and technicians to deliver high-quality work on schedule and within budget. The position also supports proposal development, client engagement, and staff mentorship to advance both project success and team growth. Must be equally comfortable with the hand-on set-up and troubleshooting of telemetry arrays in the field and office-based data processing, analysis and report writing.
