Public Comment Open: Draft 2026–2030 Puget Sound Action Agenda

The draft 2026-2030 Action Agenda for Puget Sound is now available for public review and comment, and the Puget Sound Partnership (PSP) invites you to share your feedback.

This Action Agenda represents hundreds of hours of collaboration by conservation and recovery leaders and practitioners across the Puget Sound watershed. It describes the Strategies and Actions that we need to achieve over the coming years to accelerate Puget Sound recovery, and it fulfills both state statutory requirements and federal National Estuary Program and Executive Order requirements.

How to comment

The public comment period ends on February 3, 2026, at 5 pm.

You can provide comments by either uploading a letter or providing individual comments using the 2026-2030 Action Agenda Public Comment Form.

PSP created this brief letter to help guide your review. They are open to all feedback, suggestions, and questions. In particular, they welcome your thoughts on:

  • Whether the Topic descriptions clearly explain the issues and pressures affecting Puget Sound, and how the proposed Strategies and Actions address them.
  • Any Strategies or Actions that feel unclear or could benefit from edits for clarity.
  • Whether there are Actions in the Recovery Plan chapter where you or your organization could make a Commitment to support implementation
