Applications are submitted through PRISM Online.

RCO’s Website has been updated. To find grant information, including grant manuals and Applicant To-Do Lists, hover on the Grants tab at the top of the RCO Home Page and select the grant program you are interested in. Links to the policy manuals are on the program pages. Be sure to view the At a Glance page in grant manuals to see key changes for this year.

Note: They will send a notice when updated versions of Manual 3: Acquisition Projects, Manual 4: Development Projects, and Manual 5: Restoration Projects are available.
