Support Students and Salmon, Volunteer with the World Salmon Council!
Join the World Salmon Council in their mission to provide accessible, experiential education about Pacific wild salmon and their ecosystem to connect students and adults with nature and empower community engagement. They provide all of the resources and guidance that you need to lead their five field trip stations! Students learn about salmon biology, water quality, macro-invertebrates, invasive species, and riparian ecosystems.

Why It Matters:
—Goal of 20 Field Trips: Serving under-resourced communities and youth with less access to the outdoors.
—1,500 Students: Develop an impactful relationship with our natural environment and understand our local ecosystems.
—10 Classroom Visits: Delivered to classrooms unable to attend field trips; making outdoor education more accessible.
